Terms of Service — Galaxy Control Panel

Effective 29 October 2026

By downloading, installing, buying or using Galaxy Control Panel ("the software") you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be got past.

Privacy has its own page: PRIVACY.md. Short version — there is no telemetry, and your tokens, settings and data never leave your PC. The one thing the software sends, when it has a key and a connection, is a hello carrying the licence id inside your key and a random number it made up for itself the first time it ran, so your account page can say how many computers your key is in use on. That is the whole message.

1. Who may use it

You need to be at least 13, or older if your country requires it, and able to agree to a contract. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the software.

2. What you are getting

The software runs on your own Windows PC. It is not a hosted service: you provide the machine, the network and the security around it, and it keeps working whether or not we are around.

Free — $0, no account, for as long as you like. One bot at a time, with the whole panel: moderation, role menus, reminders, tags, logging, music and game stats. Not a trial. No account, no card, and it does not run out.

Starter — $4.99 a month. One bot, plus AI chat and AI support in the server.

Pro — $11.99 a month. Everything Starter has, up to three bots at once, and the phone app to watch them.

Fleet — $24.99 a month. Everything Pro has, with no limit on how many bots run together.

Every paid tier covers 5 of your own PCs. Seats are not what the tiers differ on - they are room to move machines, and the phone app already reaches one always-on PC from anywhere.

No ads, no tracking, and nothing sold on. The paid tiers are the whole business model.

Paying ahead

A month at a time renews until you cancel. Paying further ahead costs less, because it is the difference between a business that can plan and one that finds out month to month.

<!-- prices:end --> A term you paid for is yours: a price change, or anything else changing, does not reach into a period already paid. Pro and Fleet are billed each period and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, from wherever you set the payment up, and it keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. A term of 3 months or more is not refunded pro rata once it has started — cancel and it simply does not renew.

Keys sold before 1 November 2026 as Pro · Personal or Pro · Team keep doing exactly what they did. What a key switches on is written into the key itself, so nothing here reaches back and changes one.

3. How a key works

You get a licence key that starts with GP1-. You paste it into the panel under Settings → Enter licence key.

Going over is not something the software stops, and it will not switch anything off. It means your key is on more machines than it was sold for, and we may ask you about it.

4. The 30-day trial

A trial key is 30 days of Pro, and it costs nothing. It is not automatic: you ask for one in the Galaxy Inc Discord server. Downloading the software, or making an account, does not give you Pro.

It ends at whichever comes first — the date on the key, or 30 days of a bot actually running, counted on your own PC. Leaving it installed and unused does not use it up. One trial per person.

When it ends, nothing of yours is touched. The software keeps working as Free: the first bot you started keeps running, other bots stop, and music, AI chat and the phone app switch off until a key is added. Game stats and music keep working - they are Free. Your settings, database, playlists and API keys stay exactly where they are. This is a promise the software is tested against, not just a sentence here.

5. If a payment fails

Cards fail for reasons that have nothing to do with wanting to stop — an expiry date, one declined transaction, being somewhere unusual. So nothing stops the moment a charge does.

You get seven days. Everything keeps working, the panel says how many days are left each day, and the payment is retried. Fix it inside the week and nothing changed.

On the eighth day Pro switches off and the software goes back to Free — it does not stop and it does not lock you out. Your settings, database, playlists and API keys are untouched, and the bots that Free does not cover are stopped rather than deleted. Paying again switches them straight back on.

6. Refunds

14 days, no reason needed, for a purchase that has not been used in a way that makes that unreasonable. Ask in the support server.

Nothing here reduces the rights you have by law where you live — in the UK and EU in particular, you have statutory rights for digital content that these terms cannot sign away.

Refunds are not available where a key has been published or shared in breach of section 3.

7. What you may not do

The code, the design and the name are ours and stay ours.

8. Updates and support

Updates are free while we publish them, and the panel installs them in one click, keeping a copy of what it replaced so an update can be undone.

Support is best effort, from a small team, in the support server: https://discord.gg/cYHX7PDzYS. It is not a contracted response time.

9. If we end it

If you break section 3 or 7 we may stop issuing you keys and stop providing support and updates.

The period you have already paid for keeps working. We do not reach into your PC and switch off software you are paid up on. What ends is the relationship, not the period you hold — except where a key was obtained fraudulently, or published, in which case that key may be cancelled.

You can stop using the software whenever you like. Uninstalling leaves your data where it is unless you delete it yourself.

10. Security and liability

The software, its database and your tokens live on your machine, so keeping that machine secure — firewall, credentials, updates — is yours to do.

The software is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it sound, and we are not liable for data loss, interruption or security incidents caused by how a host machine is set up, by a third-party service, or by anything outside our control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here.

If a change materially affects people who have paid, we will say so in the support server and in the release notes — not only by editing this page quietly.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.

13. Getting hold of us

The support server is the fastest way, and it is where an answer ends up being useful to the next person with the same problem: https://discord.gg/cYHX7PDzYS

If you would rather write, or you have no Discord account:

It is one person answering either way, so give it a day or two.
